Depression is defined in the dictionary as: severe despondency and dejection, typically felt over a period of time and accompanied by feelings of hopelessness and inadequacy.
What is it though? We know the feelings and symptoms associated with depression but the causes are still a mystery. Another mystery is how to effectively deal with these symptoms. Many people who suffer are prescribed medications but the symptoms are underlying and will remain for many people throughout their life.
How can WE help each other? What is it that we can do to deal with our feelings and get them under control so that we can live a happier and fuller life?
